Having been in the industry for so many years we have proven how important a defined process is to ensure a successful outcome. We keep our clients in the loop at all stages, eliminating any questions they may have along the way.
Scope and Design Phase
We work with you to create your vision. This involves site meetings, discussions with architects and establishing what permits will be required.
Agreement on Price and Timeframes
Prior to starting we agree on both the price and time frame with all of our clients. We give guidelines for when we expect each phase of the project to be completed.
Construction Phase
This is where the project starts to take shape. Dependant on the project sale this could last days, weeks or months. We have a vast range of trusted subcontracts to get the job done right the first time and to the highest of standards.
Final Inspections and After Project Service
We ensure all renovation works passes inspection before considering it complete. You can feel confident that your home has been renovated to the highest standard.
