Every project is assigned its own project manager whose only job at the time will be to ensure your build runs like clockwork. We have years of experience in dealing with new home builds and have never failed to meet the highest of standards.
Design and Planning
This will either be working with an architect you have supplied or one that we have provided. The design phase is obviously very important and we like to get involved early so we can add our building experience to the conversation, saving potential problems further along.
Payments and Timelines
We provide a payment schedule and timeline of works so you know what to expect throughout the project.
Recladding
Beyon Construction oversees the entire building project from laying concrete to interior linings. The team are experienced qualified builders and use trusted subcontractors.
Project Completion
We ensure all work passes required inspections before considering it complete. You will have peace of mind that your home is healthy for you and your family to enjoy.
